Subcontractor based Training Matrix
Hello, does anyone have a training matrix for general contractor use?
I’m looking to improve our internal safety management system to include a training matrix for subcontractors. One of the reasons would be to include project profile data into risk assessment programs such as Complyworks, Avetta, etc.

I am on the contractor side and I have to use Complyworks for one of my customers. I don't really care for it. Pricing varies per company, but it costs me $445 a year to be "registered." I have a questionnaire I have to complete and a safety matrix for each category I fall under. I have a score of 98% and can't reach 100% because I don't have employees. I tried talking to both my customer and Complyworks and explained to them that the other part doesn't apply to me since it deals with employees, but they didn't care. I do get emails and phones calls monthly from Complyworks encouraging me to reach 100%. I have blocked all known numbers from them. They are worse than telemarketers.
When I was a site manager for a very large corporation we had a extensive Contractor Certification Process. It was part of the MOC process in our Lean activities. Small contractors had a hard time with it as sometimes they did not have the resources to do it all.
