Forklift trainer requirements - state specific
Does your state have any unique requirements for forklift trainers beyond OSHA or State Plan requirements?
For example, these might be additional requirements or qualifications that are enacted through your state's public safety regs or other codes.

Kentucky has a state plan, but follows 1910.178, so we just have to follow federal OSHA's PIT trainer/evaluator requirements that require you to be "qualified" at a minimum.

Wisconsin is a Federal OSHA State.
It has been 6 years since I dealt with Minnesota and Michigan (where I lived and worked the first 36 years of my life) but I do not remember anything remarkable about those two state plan states.
If any state had "weird" stuff on PITs I would think it would be CA. But I do not know for sure!
