Safety weekly reports assistance
Starting a new role as a safety manager in a new construction firm. I have to start all documentations from zero. My search is for assistance from fellow senior colleagues. Any document I may need is highly welcomed. Thank you guys

Well as far as the particulars of Construction I am not your man (person). I am manufacturing guy. Machine tools I know, but would struggle with building any structure. I am assuming you know what the textbooks and I am sure the real pros here will have some advice to get your started in the business.
I will tell you what my absolute priority when I was as a Corporate H&S site manager and is now my first priority as a consultant, especially with a new customer. I ask myself these questions first:
#1 "How can I and we or they) KILL someone? How could someone die here on my watch?"
#2 "What protections are in place to prevent and protect the employee(s)?"
#3 "Are they adequate and are you comfortable?"
In my game that usually means ensuring the big hazards, Electrical, Machines, Falls, PRCS, Fire, and depending on process, Haz Mat. For you might mean Electrical, Falls, and maybe Trenching and Falls.
Since I am a manufacturing machining guy I then ask the same questions above, but substitute amputation for kill or die. For me that means looking at machine guarding and lockout!

After that I relax but start looking at my metrics (past injuries and WC cases), training records, safety teams, procedure review, and OSHA overall compliance. Speaking as an old Line Supervisor I always get to know them and make them a huge part of the whole process. I also hold their feet to the fire. I also spend time out in the work to understand the work process, and the employees. Maybe do a few JSAs....
Then the next day............ :)
Congratulations and have fun!
