Amended - Top 10 OSHA General Industry Serious Citations FY 2023
Nothing surprising here, but interesting. If you are going to get cited for Machine Guarding is most likely to be 1912(a)(1). Sometimes they will use 1910.212(a)(3) as well.
I want to thank John Newquist a consultant in the Chicago area for posting this information on an OSHA slide he obtained.

I've had the privilege of attending several OSHA outreach courses taught by John Newquist. As always he is willing to share his information for the good of the safety community.
