Your Thoughts?
Wow I earned my Masters in 1995. It consisted of writing huge papers along with team projects for the 12 courses I had to take. These papers were 50-100 pages in length! All with proper footnotes and formatting at the time. there was an option to forgo the last class for a Thesis. No one took the Thesis option because it seemed like we wrote one every class as it were.
I got rather good at that game, often getting wonderful grades and compliments on my writing from my instructors. I wrote a 75-page paper titled "Contrasting the Leadership the Styles of Captain Kirk and Commander Kahn". It was a masterpiece and was up for a Pulitzer Prize! So I thought I was a good writer.
But now I am completely lost! I write Blogs and Word Press constantly picks me to death for things, like "Passive Voice" (you should use Active Voice), SEO and SEQ, Meta Score, and on and on. I have no clue what most of this is, but am trying to learn! I really struggle with grasping that Meta Score thing!
Anyways I have been working on my website. Started with my "Connecting Page". Word Press scores the title at 87 (out of a 100) and 85 for the content. 70 is considered "Good" on both scores.
