Safety Data Sheet Management Options
Who all is using a SDS management program/software? If so, what do you use, and do you like it? I've used MSDSOnline at my last safety jobs and am looking for other options that may have more capabilities/features/benefits.

I've used MSDSOnline at my previous job, as well, and enjoyed it, but since it's part of the VelocityEHS suite, it's a bit costly.
Personally, I'd recommend reaching out to Sospes. They have new-ish SDS management software that is a fraction of the cost of everyone else. Let me know if you want to talk to them, and I can get you hooked up with the right person there.
At the chemical manufacturer I worked at, we used 3E, which had a pretty robust system that worked well for us due to needing to create SDSs internally, but like MSDSOnline, it's not the cheapest out there.

I worked with MSDSonline pre-EHS Velocity for over 10 years! Very Very good back then! I have recommended to customers post-EHS Velocity. They report still good but expensive. Just as Drew said!
I cannot speak to Sospes but if Drew recommends I would look at it!

We currently use HSI as our SMS which has an SDS module. The program also has a LMS module with an endless possibility for training/continuous education for all.

I used Verisk and it was really good. HSI is likely to have a good SDS management system, too.

Hey Nick, I advocate for Velocity EHS but haven't used any others. Velocity isn't the least expensive option, but it has any provider's largest SDS database and auto-updates for when manufacturers update the SDS version. Through the software, you can also print labels and automate your reports, such as SARA Tier II, etc. I'm unsure if that meets your needs, but feel free to reach out if you want to see it.
