Posting Hearing Conservation Standard
While digging through 1910.95, I stumbled upon the requirement to post a copy of the standard in the workplace. Being in a manufacturing setting that doesn't have easy access for employees to access a computer, I can't just provide the online version for reference. What have you done in your facilities to meet this requirement?

Simply print a copy of the standard and post it in conspicuous areas (e.g., employee breakroom). This is the easiest method.
Even if you could do electronic posting at your site, there are hoops you have to jump through (see link below).

Yup if you are required to have your employees in a HCP (Hearing Conservation Program) you are required to put up a copy of the standard! I usually posted it next to the OSHA Poster and if I only certain areas of my plant or facility were in the HCP and a plant map where it applies. But Drew is correct, if you have a HCP you must post the standard.
I usually put mine on the main Employee Bulleting Board with all the labor law posters required and along with the OSHA Poster. Some posters are required by state law as well as Fed law. We also had to have certain Corporate postings required by our Corporate Office. Work with HR.
OSHA requires the OSHA Poster and the HC Poster to be in a commonly occupied and noticeably place. I think the Feds use they word "conspicuous place".
HC posters are easily available online. I got mine free from my Audiometric Testing Company. Nationally we used HCI and so I know they have them. Contact your audiometric company especially if it is a large national firm.
I also got mine from JJ Keller if I wanted a professional looking copy. They are up to $35 now:

There are several other commercially available posters online.
There are some "free" sites as well but beware. little is really free online. I just clicked one site and my PC went crazy telling me I had to buy some virus software. it also locked up. It is a scam as I have great firewalls in place.
As Drew said you can just post the 1910.95 but I think that does not look professional in my opinion As an HR Manager too I had to keep up certain "standards" on our bulletin boards, as they too had to pass audits.
You can get a .pdf of 1910.95 here:

You'all sent me done a rabbit hole with this. I started looking at the different State Plan standards. Of course the usual suspects (California and Washington) are just different enough that it will require different posters or printouts.
Also, Washington has a requirement for quarterly hearing conservation program audits. We should have never allowed state plans. It's bad enough dealing with different countries.
