Safety training effectiveness
Hello friends,
What will be the best practical ways to evaluate safety training effectiveness for workers.
I am not really referring to evaluations like feedback, surveys etc; but observations while workers are actually performing the job.

It depends on the topic, but where applicable, I always refer to NFPA standards (or other consensus standards) for their job performance requirements (JPRs) and base my skills evaluations on those, as well as the requirements of their job.
