Question - Eyewash Stations
Wondering if there's an eyewash station standard or if anyone has information on them for Construction and General Industry?
Thank you!

ANSI Z358.1 is the consensus standard for eye washes. OSHA itself is pretty vague.

Like Tim said, OSHA only says that they're required when handling "injurious" corrosive chemicals. ANSI Z358.1 is the way to go.

Depends on what and where you are working and in buildings with chemicals, construction is totally different. we have both, bottles on the wall, and hard plumbed with diverter valves to you have the right temp. Osha is pretty vague, but check with brady or Haws they have better info.
Sure is! ANSI has a standard. You have to pay for it tho... My go to resource is eyewashdirect.com and click on "resources" tab (this is not a paid sponsor LOL).
