Electric vehicle charging stations
Looking for some guidance on safety considerations for installing vehicle charging stations and safety considerations once charging stations are installed for use.

Here's some basic info. Are you all installing them at your facility?

I agree with all the above!
However, if possible buy or lease equipment that has internal charging, where the employees just plug into wall sockets at the end of their shift. Any old equipment that you have to pull the batteries to charge I would obsolete and get out of the plant.
Any old "Baby Boomer Safety Gals and Guys" will tell you the later are just huge pains in the as_! I have fought with supervisors and employees over charging areas for more years than most of you have been alive! One for the best days of my career was when we got rid of all our equipment with external chargers in about 2012!
The former is a game changer in my book! There are still requirements with the new but not like to old stuff!

Check with your local fire marshal they have the guidance and procedure for the install, also check with your local power company they have connections and or a unit that can be installed at no charge but you have to pay for the use.
