I'm in eastern TN, and we use Keyence for light curtains. I'm sure they have a rep that goes up that way?

I thought I answered this but do not see my response. So will try it again.
I live and work in NE Wisconsin, since 1990. In the 70s, 80s, I worked in South Central Michigan. I have two recommendations:
#1 Especially in the Midwest, especially OSHA Region 5, and the states, of ILL, WI, Minn, and Iowa. Rockford Systems in Rockford, Ill.

They are the "go to source" for all machine guarding in this region. They have an excellent consulting service and have sales reps in all the states mentioned above. I do not know if they extend to West VA. Rockford also does a lot of work with the National Safety Education Center (NESC) at Northern Ill U, the OSHA ATO in this part of Region 5 (where my OSHA Outreach Card is approved). Rockford does joint free Machine Guarding Seminars with NSEC at their testing labs in Rockford. I have been to one and it was excellent! the still offer them in Rockford but also online! i use to have a saying, "If Rockford cannot figure out how to guard it, you best just pick another process!" I am positive it would cist nothing to call them. If they do not go into WVA ask them who they would recommend.
#2 Keyence and Schmersal are both good sources of PSDI guarding. I equate them to the "Cadillac" of guarding systems, and are somewhat niche systems. The "Chevrolet" of guarding systems is Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) in my opinion. All three are good. Call all three they have to have reps in your area. I always just called Rockford which tends to favor AB.
Further, if you are have never purchased PSDI (light curtain are but one form) make sure you understand ISO 13849 which talks about Functional Risk Assessment. At first, if you are not use to it, it may seem intimidating, if you are not high-tech literate, like me. From experience I have learned it is very simple to understand once you try it a couple times, and do not allow yourself to make it hard. It really is like riding a bike!
