I was going to ask Drew after listening to the episode last night, do you have a website or some material that I can share with our Fire Chief, Lieutenants, and Captains to get their thoughts?

I am kind of torn about this, from a couple of different aspects. I know as a recommendation it is just that. But there has to be more training and education put into that type of information collection, none the less labeling of buildings. As pre-planning goes, the ability to put those pre-plans at our fingertips through computers instead of flipping through our books on the engine or chiefs buggy was a big game changer.
Some places I have experience with don't even want us putting a knox box where it can be seen none the less a label that would mess with the aesthetics.
I think it would be a tough bridge with existing building construction nomenclature that riddles every firefighter training course to a process or unfamiliar nomenclature.
I believe it will come back to effective training for either one. Ya know Fire Prevention isn't cool unless you are an Arson / Bomb Tech Investigator ......... LOL
