Waste Reduction
Hi everyone! I'm an EHS Specialist for a manufacturing company that makes high capacity forklifts. I'm trying to explore some ideas on how to decrease our waste production. Could anyone share some ideas? How were you able to reduce waste at your facility?

Do you guys inventory your waste streams? Generally the approach is to look at your big waste streams first, see if you can optimize then work your way down the list.
If you don’t have a table of your waste streams I would start by making one

I was going to echo what David said - I think doing a study on all the major waste streams is a critical step 1.
