OSHA Recordable or Not?
Hey guys!!
If an employee is sent home early due to heat related issues, is that considered to be an OSHA recordable?

Did they return to work the day after without any restrictions? The day of the illness doesn't count as a day away from work, so if they returned to work the next day after being sent home, and no other treatment was given beyond first aid, then no, it wouldn't be a recordable.
