Laser Welding

My company has been diving into the use of Handheld Laser Welding. We have installed safety measures and taken all of the appropriate steps to ensure we are in compliance with the use of a Class 4 Laser.

Have any of you ran into laser welding? What kind of materials or safety measures have you put in place? Any help would be appreciated!
