Is this supposed to be NASP vs. BCSP? I'm unfamiliar either those two acronyms.
If so, it depends on the individual, but ultimately, I'm going to say BCSP because NASP only requires experience, whereas BCSP requires a degree AND experience.

BCSP is probably more universally recognized in our field
