5 dynamics of a team, Atlas of the heart, Traction, Extreme ownership, Dichotomy of leadership, Everybody matters, Never split the difference
Let me know if there is a subject you are looking for. I use Audible and listen while traveling. The ones I listed above are what I use most for the training content I provide my team.

“The Guns of August” read it as a kid and became a history nut at 13 for life! Had to the read in Graduate school for a Management Strategy class and write a huge paper on it! Read or listened to it several times thereafter. If you are at all into history a book about the most important month of the 20th Century. A month that would shape world history for the next 85 years! One of the best non-fiction books I ever read! Winston Churchill’s and JFK’s favorite books! Won a Pulitzer Prize!

How to Win Friends and Influence Others by Dale Carnegie

Factfulness: Ten Reasons We're Wrong About the World and Why Things are Better Than You Think. By Hans Rosling
Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts. by Brene Brown.
The Power of Vulnerability by Brene Brown.
Radium Girls: The Dark Story of America's Shining Women by Kate Moore (Mostly just for how fascinating it is and the first case of occupational illness going to court afaik).
Atomic Habits by James Clear
No Ego by Cy Wakeman
Invisible Women: Data Bias in a World Designed for Men (Fantastic resource if you're a cis male especially. PPE is not made for us women. "Shrink it and pink it" does not work!)
Talking to Strangers by Malcolm Gladwell
