Looking for unique Safety Training for courier, delivery, in-home repair services
Afternoon!
Most of my career has been in manufacturing where there is a plethora of safety training to attend and deploy to our employees.
However, most recently I've accepted a position in the tech field. A majority of our losses have occured within our field teams (product delivery, in-home appliance repairs, equipment installation).
We are struggling to combat these uncontrolled environments (customer homes and commerical properties). I am seeing incidents ranging from dog bites to disgruntled customers causing physical harm.
It's my assumpting companies like USPS, Fedex, Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, etc have experienced similar incidents. I see alot of courier fleet driving safety but am having trouble finding a third party that specializes in courier service/in-home repiar safety training.
Any insight for those that may work or have worked in a similar field?

I know it’s not exactly the same, but look at resources geared towards home health aides. A lot of that hazards are going to be similar.
