I present a cool, mellow additude towards everyone. However, I unleash a lioness when necessary. I like the shocked look on people's faces when it does happen. The smile disappears along with the cool demeanor. I take a deep breath trying to remain calm. Sorry you feel that way. These are the rules that you guys contractually agreed to. Most just turn and walk away.
