Anyone have OSHA guidance?
Anyone have a document on what steps you should do incase OSHA does an unannounced inspection? I.e. who you should call, what should you expect, what you should not do,
Those things. I am creating one for our sites, but I don't know everything

Theo, the ramifications of an OSHA visit hosted poorly can mean an avoidable violation(s) being levied that result in unnecessary expenses both sort term and long term. The proper and legal way of managing an OSHA visit has become so crucial, we now teach a course in it. Our course addresses the prevailing laws and rights for both the client and OSHA's . Including understanding OSHA's CPL 2.103 of thier Field Inspection Manual, which addresses Multi-Employer Work Sites as it applies to the assignment of violations. It addresses most all major points (impossible to address all possible variation) of the actual walk through with the Inspector.
