Workplace postings
Hi all!
Is a subcontractor required to post all of the required workplace postings at a jobsite they are merely working on as a subcontractor to a General Contractor? This could mean there would be 100’s of postings from each Sub on a project, and I’ve not seen a jobsite posting board filled with 100s of subcontractor’s posting at a particular jobsite. It is usually only the posting of the GC.
Or, are these postings only required where the employer’s employees congregate at the employers place of business?

Not unless it meets the definition of an "establishment", as defined by 29 CFR 1903.2(b).

We always had our contractor post them, usually in their office trailer. If no office on site then the postings were in a binder in their vehicle readily available
