Hazard Vulnerability Analysis?
I am working on prepping our management team on ICS and emergency prepardness and thought a Hazard Vulnerability Analysis would be useful. As I was doing some research it seems like these are mostly used in healthcare. Do you use these in your industry? And do you have any tips/resources for performing one?

Well EAPs are not really my expertise. I know enough to be "dangerous". I am also a manufacturing guy (person) NOT a Health Care guy (person). If i understand what you want, I would think any standard Hazard Assessment or JSA with a Risk Rating will do the trick!
I found the Risk Rating to be very useful when trying to sell ideas and projects to upper management especially when you are dealing with Engineers and/or Bean Counters (Finance and Accounting types) that like to see analytics or numbers with everything! Also helps to set priorities.
If you do not understand what I am talking about send me an email and I will send you an example. mantyfitz@gmail.com or fitz@safetyfitz.com

I am out of town, but will reach out when I get back.
Here’s a starting point, like you said healthcare related but still good

Your EAP would be a good place to start. Depending on the type of vulnerabilities you were looking to identify will also lead you in a slightly different direction.
I taught ICS courses for Military and Fire and EMS leadership ICS 300 and 400 as well as basic ICS entry level 100, 200, 700, 800.
While working on your plans, work small and expand. Trying to overhaul and identify them all will have you spinning in circles with the what if questions.
When preparing, plan for life cycles of equipment and plans. A lot of organizations set it and forget it. and Backwards plan, not only getting the resources but also returning the resources. I have seen lots of money wasted when a piece of equipment sits after an incident is all over because no one planned on how to return an item.
feel free to reach out if ya have any questions.

Shouldn't you be working and not playing around on the internet?
