HSE Dashboard
Hello,
I'm working to create (from scratch) HSE dashboard and would love to hear your input regarding content and key elements to include? (I was thinking leading and lagging indicators...).
Also, would appreciate your suggestions on templates or websites to facilitate the process? or starting from scratch is the best way to go forward?

Honestly, if you have the resources and support bypass this and get some decent EHS Management software.
Our company’s business analytics team built us one in tableu. All this data is displayed in 3-month look back mostly in bar charts:
- first aid instances (work related only)
OSHA recordables
Near miss report count
Ergonomic consult count
CAPAs opened (count of each category, electrical safety, housekeeping, etc)
Facility waste metrics (we handle tracking that data too for ESG)
