Girls and Boys The Price For Not Following the Rules Just Went UP
I know you all been waiting with "baited breath" for this. But the cost of non-compliance just went up, ALOT!
If I did my math right the price of a Serious Violation just went up by almost 8% for those of us in Fed OSHA states.

Those maximum penalty amounts are no joke, though.
