Reminder On Reporting and Posting, 300A.
Let me be the first of many reminders for those of you that have to report your Recordables to OSHA. You have till March 2, 2023.
"Who is required to submit Form 300A data?
1. Establishments with 250 or more employees that are required to keep OSHA injury and illness records.
2. Establishments with 20 to 249 employees in designated industries. (Looking at the list it is everyone in Manufacturing, NACIS codes beginning 31-33.)
3. Establishments under Federal OSHA jurisdiction can use the ITA Coverage Application to determine if they are required to electronically report their injury and illness information to OSHA. Establishments under State Plan jurisdiction should contact their State Plan. "
Last year, my customers here that are covered by the Appleton, WI OSHA Office got "reminder cards" if they were tardy getting their information in. They were not nasty, but they made the point that they were watching and you had better get the info to them quickly.

PS I initially forgot, don't forget your 300A has to be posted by February 1.

Hopefully the ITA doesn't get overloaded like they did previously! I just submitted data for 2 of our customers last week and seemed to work well.
Thanks, Fitz!

Great reminder. I have a blog on how to use the new ITA reporting database if anyone wants to check it out: https://trianglesafetyllc.com/blog/updatetotheoshainjurytrackingapplication

Thanks Fitz for the reminder. Plan on getting mine submitted within the next week or so. I generally like to get it all done and over with quickly so I can move on to the next project.

Completed today and posted.
