LMS for Public Buildings Dept
I am curious if anyone has a suggestion for a LMS that serves a dual role for trade/craft development training as well as core safety.
We are a public sector department and relatively small but diverse group of employees. We have a small building construction crew of two who performs space renovations and small building erections and then the bulk of our employees are facility maintenance technicians with the remaining three personnel who operate a copy shop (printing).
Finally the ideal platform would allow for local or proprietary information to be added to the LMS for training as well as documentation such as JSA's, inspections and risk assessments.

There are a bunch of programs out there depending on what you want to do and how much pay.

Benchmark ESG
Those are the two I am most familiar with.

I don't know of one off hand, but I'd be cautious on using the LMS for determining competency. OSHA says training should result in "mastery" of a skill, which depending on the topic, would be difficult to do with a LMS.
Curious to hear other people's recommendations, though.
