Professional Development
Investing in yourself is critical to being the most valuable asset to your organization, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and more importantly, yourself. How many hours do you complete each year to better yourself?

Not nearly enough!

Not counting "training" such as hazwoper refreshers, etc. I do about 80 hours through a mix of conferences, courses, and webinars. My employer pays for most of it, but I do pay for some through my LLC as well if it isn't related to my real job.

This may not be typical but listening to audio books to learn more and apply to my life and leadership is one of my favorite ways to go about professional development outside of conferences and formal courses.

Never ever stop learning! If you do you will wither on the vine!
If you are not growing, you are dying!

Formally for work? Probably around 40 hours overall.
But outside of work, I'm a huge fan of self-improvement. I began therapy for my mental health during the pandemic and it's been literally lifechanging in so many great ways. I continue to strive to always better myself and the world around me. So I constantly read stuff along the lines of Atomic Habits, anything by Brene Brown, etc.
Podcasts are becoming a new resource for me. I'm old school, but am learning to use this resource more and more. Then the usual OSHA OTI every few years, fall pro, confined space, scaffold, work comp, etc.. Hard to put a number actually to this question.
