Safety Manager Interview - went good!!
Had an interview for a Safety Manager yesterday. It went extremely extremely well. I feel like I could flourish in the position at the company. 😍😍😍
There were several great questions that the Operations Manager asked me.. including, "what is one of your failures in the safety and how did you over come it?"

I would have said, “Wow, where I do start? I can tell you this, some of my best learning experiences have been due to failures! I have never ever done one twice! But there was this one……..”
