Anyone using an app to learn Spanish?
Let me know what you're using and what you think about it. I've tried Duolingo and Rosetta stone, and I'll be honest wasn't impressed with either. Outside of what I learned in high school, probably the most Spanish I picked up was when I went to Madrid with my wife, and google translated the stuff we wanted to order at restaurants. It was fun.

Sadly I use Duolingo but agree with you.
Memrise is another fun one, but probably limited.
I used Pimsleur when I was trying to learn Korean and that was fairly helpful, but like Rosetta Stone - a little pricey. But I have an Audible subscription and used one of my credits for it.
Maybe see if your local library has it available to check out for free?

I keep hearing radio commercials for Babbel. Never used it, however. They claim to use native speakers in the training. I took 2 years of Spanish in middle school and high school but remember "un poco."
