Punch press Die loading
What solutions have you seen out there for small Punch Press (75 ton) Die loading that removes the need for manual manipulation of a couple hundred pound die?

I used to manage EHS for a machine shop and we had dozens of presses varying in size. Do you have a photo of said press?

Sounds like you would def need some type of robot arm to pick them up. I only have experience with about 15 lbs dies, but employees were close to them and can easily pick up with 2 hands without it causing ergonomic issues. Our issue was ensuring the die didn't fall off the side of the machine onto an employee's foot.
