Inviting and Welcoming New Safety Committee Members
So I wanted to do something a little more personal to welcome and invite safety committee members to the team. Somewhat form letter but with a more personal touch. Where are my word-smiths???
I plan on printing out and signing and giving them the paper instead of an email. Is wet Ink signatures still a thing? LOL

Nope! Have your Plant Manager get up and go out and shake their hand and thank them! Maybe have the PM give them a shirt, jacket, or helmet that says, "Safety Team" or whatever. Have the PM tell that person there is an open door to his or her office anytime, especially with a H&S concern! Now that is a "personal" message that brings a lot of value over pure words.
I am interested in knowing what worked out for you. I am in the same position of welcoming, and motivating our Safety Committee.
