Reasons for being safe
Hello everyone, and happy FRIDAY!!
This little guy turns 10 today!! We have our reasons for being safe, and wanting to go home every day. One of my reasons is pictured here.
I tell our employees that I want them to go home the same way they came to work. Sometimes you have to make safety personal for it to "sink" in to the employees.
What are your reasons for being safe?

Happy birthday big man! Yea I feel like safety pros have a ton of pressure to keep people safe. Not only do I want to go home safe - but I need to make sure our people go home safe so everyone can see their people

For me it is #1 for the lady that has stood with my for over 45 years! All the #2's are because of her, three beautiful daughters, three sons (in-laws), and 5 grandchildren! #3 would be all my great friends I have made over these last 68.5 years! #4 I stay safe and attempt to keep healthy, so Sally and I can have more adventures together!
