Anyone making training provisions for a lean workforce with recession concerns?
Economy is in a weird spot with job market still strong but a lot of “smart” economic people are saying a recession is coming. With that being said is anyone expecting significant layoffs? If you are expecting a lean workforce is anyone making changes to the backend to train people on new responsibilities? Curious if anyone is putting any time into investigating this

Probably won't be a problem because in my experience during the recession, training and safety people are the first be laid off.

Most of my clients are still hiring. However, the smart ones are making plans in case the bubble bursts. One told me she is taking much more time in selection now. over just hiring warm bodies like she was a year ago.
