Are you familiar with the types of chemicals you may be exposed to in your industry?
NFPA 350 has a simple chart to outline common hazardous materials associated with numerous industries. This chart certainly isn't all inclusive, but gives workers a general idea of what to protect themselves from.

That’s awesome I didn’t know this existed. NFPA always coming in clutch with a great resource

Nice! Thanks for sharing

GREAT Thanks Drew! PS May I use your picture in OSHA Outreach Training (1910)? Tom
Thanks, Drew. For those interested, I created a chemical hazard and PPE matrix that I printed poster size and posted in our R&D Labs. The lab techs and scientists seem to like them. Below is an example. Please feel free to reapply!

Cool! Thank for sharing!

Thanks, you know, I spent a couple of months researching chemical hazards for my Haz Comm wizard and at the bottom of each one I listed the industries where tje chemicals were commonly used.
If I makde a matrix like this I could take that info and possibly create something useful for an initial JSA.

Paul, what did you mean by "reapply"?
