Friday is for an HSE Specialist
Monday is for a Training Supervisor

A second interview is always a GREAT thing! That means you are in the "hunt"! I have interviewed hundreds of people and thought I was pretty goo at it! However that did not always equate to doing well on the other side of the table! After all these years I think interviewing is like doing Ballroom Dancing. It is about looking confident, having a smile on your face, and keeping things in BALANCE!
Be confident but not COCKY!
Know what you want. Have goals. Know whey you are there. How does this job fit into your plans?
Know something about the company, their business, products, and competition.
Have a few questions to ask them? To me as an interviewer this told me you had thought about the job.

PS I am curious, which job would your rather have? I like the term "Supervisor" over "Specialist". I also love training, so that one would be my initial pick. However, the opportunities for promotions may be more limited in "Training". So the HSE might be best, depending on your goals.
