How are you managing MOC on programs and procedures?
I’ve always found management of change (MOC) systems tricky to maintain (for multiple reasons) - got thinking about it today and I’m curious to hear how you guys are managing MOC.
Those who have successful MOC programs - what’s the secret?

To piggyback off of Drew's recent poll, this is an area where a safety management system can really show its strength.
This is especially true of an organization that has integrated ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Planning for change is a big part of all three, and because company leadership is often very invested in 9001, EHS can piggyback right off of that.
