Access to hazard within egress path
Have any of you ever experienced a situation where access to an egress path created the opportunity for someone to stray from the egress path and into another area that presents a potential for greater injury? If so, were you able to resolve the issue? How?

I would suggest a swing gate to block the accidental danger zone, or reroute the egress path away from the danger zone altogether.

I would think the egress would naturally lead them to an exit. You could put some spray paint on the floors to make it easier for employees to follow the egress if they need to.
