We have trouble getting quality people that can pass a background check. And we pay decent money for the job tasking, with OT benefits and fringe benefits as well.
Forget Quiet quitting, we just want you to do the Job correctly and follow the procedures.
EHS is going through a decline in interest from college level students. Universities throughout the US are having trouble bringing in students for EHS programs. Yes! we are in desperate need of employees. We have been focusing a lot on trade schools and trying to use social media as well. We also have an employee referral bonus program and that has helped bring in people.
