As we all tell all our people how important it is to take time for your self and unwind and unplug and do things to make sure you mind and body are right.
We have to remember to listen to our selves so we aren't going against the very thing we are protecting everyone else from.
I just spent a week in the Outer banks and pretty much unplugged from all work related stuff and almost all social media. WOW what a recharge.

This time of the year I like to just sit out on my front porch with beer and listened music after a hard days work.
In the winter, it's all about skiing.

I’m super into web and mobile app development. Working on safety knights and other projects is super fun and stress relieving for me

Daily walks, playing chess, and scheduling out time to mentor and learn from safety professionals. For me being able to talk through some of the more difficult situations helps manage work stress.
