While participating in a voluntary family fun day at work, an employee gets into an altercation with a clown when he is squirted with water. As a result, the employee ends up with a broken nose and receives medical treatment. Is it recordable?

Even though it’s voluntary, it’s a company sponsored event in my opinion. I would say it’s recordable as as it is workplace violence in a way. At the same time this can also be considered a crime and depending on your company’s policy it may not be reportable.
