Atomic Wedgie - is it recordable?
An employee dies after receiving an atomic wedgie from his coworker during a disagreement about how to properly use a piece of equipment. The cause of death was asphyxiation because his underwear had been pulled up over his head. Is it recordable?

I would not want to be the person calling OSHA about that one. That's a low on the totem pole kind of job.

I swear to god, If I ever had to write an official report with the sentence "Employee died of an Atomic Wedgie", I would quit safety and move to Nepal.

Unfortunately, OSHA does not list horseplay or workplace violence as exceptions.

I am hoping his is hypothetical. 😂
