Vendors still not in compliance with GHS 2016
I find it odd that OSHA gave employers (as well as vendors) such a huge lead time to convert their MSDS to the new GHS SDS standard, but here in 2021 I still find vendors that keep providing us with MSDS. How do you find an SDS for products where the vendor only provides you with an MSDS? I've Google searched the heck out of this.

I haven’t run into this yet. If I cannot find most current SDS, I reach out directly to manufacturer (if US) or the importer/distributor (if foreign).

Check with the manufacturer instead of the vendors. Vendors often have outdated data sheets but any reputable manufacturer will be on top of it. Like Adam said, if you don’t see it posted on their website, reach out to them by phone or email to receive an updated SDS.
I find that the labels still have not been updated. No pictograms, no precautionary statements. Would post pic but can’t figure out how to.

Yup, this is still a reoccurring problem in many industries. The company I work for does not provide pictograms or signal words for secondary containers, only the chemical identifier. Many businesses are still not HAZCOM OSHA compliant.

I’d have to double check this but I remember reading something about documenting your attempts to get this GHS compliant info to cover your own butt… I’d also seek out an alternative supplier that’s compliant with their documents!

I use an online database called MSDSonline. They had thousands of SDS's already on their system, which is a huge help.
Also, I have worked with Verisk 3E to create SDS's when I otherwise did not have one.
Maybe it's time to find a new product/ supplier...

I have reached out straight to the manufacturer for any SDS I couldn't find online.
