STS-C

Hello, I am just a few weeks away from taking the STS-C exam and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what I should expect? Is the exam hard, how vigorously should I study and has anyone failed it? For some background information on me- I graduated from college about a year ago with a safety degree and I now have one years experience in the construction field with a general contractor. Thanks for the help!
