Website for company OSHA recordable incidents
Greetings everyone. Quick question.... Is there a website or place I can go that keeps a list of individual company OSHA recordable incidents from previous years, outside of actually going through the company.
Looking for something like this for a few reasons in the job search.
1. It will give me an idea about the company and any problems it could currently be facing.
2. Will let me know if my skills may match what they need improved upon and my alignment with them.
3. Will give me a little research power to take to an interview to be able to sell myself and what I can do for them.
If you have heard of something like this please let me know. Maybe I'm just looking for something too good to be true. Lol

As far as I am aware, there is no comprehensive list but there was a lawsuit last year which resulted in publishing 300A information for ~238,000 workplaces. You can filter companies of interest here (first link in the article downloads an Excel file): https://news.bloomberglaw.com/safety/worker-safety-data-for-238-000-employers-posted-by-group

You should also check out the BLS injury repository. The most recent dataset is from 2019 so it may be a little outdated, but it's really comprehensive. I use it all the time

There is no list like this, most companies do not share this information publicly.
There are some organizations like the Edison Electric Institute that keeps a survey of several different businesses’ incident rates but they are all coded so you don’t really know who is who. The BLS provides averages for industries. Some companies share their performance on their website.
