General Industy Safety Pros - What do you require when contractors work in your facilities?
Do you use programs like ISN? Request site specific plans? Orientation?

In my previous experience, contractors were given EHS and Security orientation that would certify them to work on our site for a year. Annual training was created by EHS and Security employees then put into an online platform with a voiceover, this allowed them to complete training from their site so we wouldn't have to provide in person/on-site training

We have building specific orientations, along with a general site wide orientation. We also vet them out prior to bidding out the job to ensure they have all the certs they need as well
