Salary or Hourly Pay
I'm just curious whether anybody gets paid hourly. With the amount of hours that most safety professionals work, I'm curious on what your opinion/preference would be for pay as well.
Does your company offer overtime?

I’ve always been salaried (working EHS), and never offered overtime
I was hourly when I started for 2 years and then they moved me to salary.
I started as hourly, then after a year got salary. I work so much overtime I sometimes miss being hourly. But salary is better and easier
Salary with special project overtime.
Been working for hourly pay. Definitely like that overtime rate and every once in a while I hit the holy grail of double time (over 12 hours in a day). Starting a new job in a couple weeks and that will salary. I will definitely miss the overtime pay.
