OSHA - Table 1 Silica standard
I have several questions on Table one. My confidence on how we implemented this is very high and I don’t believe that we agree on a process within the industry.
Please help a girl out. I’d love to hear your approach.

I'm not sure what you disagree with within table 1, but if you can either hire an IH to conduct silica monitoring, then you can do something different than what is listed in Table 1, so long as the results are under the PEL.
That's pretty much the only way to do implement something not listed in Table 1. Document the results of the monitoring and keep them with the crews doing the work. If you don't have evidence that they are under the PEL, OSHA can issue a citation even if you are confident that they are not being exposed.

Please provide some additional detail. Would need to better understand your disagreement with the industry before providing any insight.

Thanks for posting Celene. I would echo what Kevin said and just have an IH come in and audit your silica practices
