Psychosocial Safety
There is - rightfully so - a continuing push for Total Worker Health in many workplaces and a desire to make our organizations reflective of society at large through diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. I want to do a better job of addressing psychosocial stressors through my work. It has me wondering, what do you all do to address psychosocial stressors in your organization?

Outside of the box thinking here, but I've had good success in the past with clinicians, using the chnnl app.
https://www.chnnl.app/
It is a psychosocial toolkit on your phone that grabs anonymous data for employers and provides an outlet for employees. Built by Doctors to look after worker wellbeing
The App Worked very well at Wellington Hospital and we have recently partnered with them here at Safe365. I can put you in touch with one of the team if you wanted to explore this further?

I imagine this would be logistically difficult to implement at a larger organization (>300 employees). Curious to hear if anyone offers counseling services to employees who works at a bigger company

We did a safety talk on mental health and also offer the EAP program.
