Card is for travel, professional memberships, and professional resources. We use an internal ordering system for office supplies and PPE. We use purchase orders for big purchases like equipment.
I have a P-Card for rare situations when a PO can’t be used.
Utilized for online purchases including PPE, training, seminars, webinars, etc. Mostly out of budget items that need to be purchased quickly. Also use it to pay bill in full at occupational health clinic for discounted rates when dealing with work site injuries or illness. Example... tetanus shot.

Usually odds and ends stuff from Amazon for the company.
Small stuff, typically office supplies and items less than $300. Anything over $300 is when we issue PO's
