Safety/Plant Newsletter
Hi everyone,
I came up with the idea today to try to start a plant/safety newsletter that would be a monthly occurrence where I can share near-misses, upcoming trainings, incidents within my plant and other plants within my company, corrective actions like guarding additions,ergonomic updates, etc. Does anyone else do anything like this? I am willing to consider purchasing software to do so. Any help would be appreciated. I’m liking this approach since we cannot hold monthly meetings because of COVID.

Very cool. I assume you’re talking about an intercompany newsletter?
We do not do a newsletter but we do share similar information as part of our monthly "council" where we get the attention of managers/supervisors and other stakeholders. We do a teleconference approach for the presentation and then send out a PDF document of the meeting notes, which contains this same information for the people that missed it.
That’s a very good idea. Consider if you want to do a monthly or quarterly. Months pass very quickly.
